A Power Hour Consultation

A one hour coaching session focused on a specific area of your health and ​/​or lifestyle. We will work together to identify any barriers to change and how to overcome them and put together a plan for you to take away.

Coach's Areas of Expertise

Whilst I have a special interest in brain health and dementia prevention, I work with people who want to lose weight, reverse a pre-diabetes diagnosis; lower their blood pressure, sleep better and stress less. In addition to my health coach certification, I am a qualified personal trainer, a mindfulness teacher, a HeartMath Practioner and a ReCODE (reverse cognitive decline) coach.

This coaching is for anyone who wants to focus on a particular aspect of their health and needs some support to make the right lifestyle changes.

How this coaching helps

One to one coaching offers a safe and supportive space for you to explore your health goals and the challenges you are facing. This one-off coaching session is geared to your specific needs and will help you make small, sustainable, lifestyle changes which will improve your health today and improve your future health.

How One to One Coaching works

One to one coaching is a totally personalized approach to improving your health. As your coach, I provide accountability, support, guidance and encouragement. It is a partnership. If you choose to, after this one hour coaching session we can continue to work together. I generally recommend a minimum of 4 weeks. Thereafter, it depends on your health goals and where you would like your health to be in the future.
