What’s your story and why are you a Health Coach?
I've committed my life and career to enabling people to boost their wellbeing through movement. This has included supporting groups around the world on bikes, up mountains, at conferences, closing London's roads for people to walk, wheel and ride around the city car(e) free and delivering national public health campaigns (Stronger My Way, Sport England). For me, the joy is in finding ways I can help move towards that vision and that everything I deliver and champion is evidence based and human centred.
