What’s your story and why are you a Health Coach?
15 years ago I experienced firsthand the challenges of managing stress, low energy, unbalanced nutrition and poor sleep, which led to a huge health scare. This became the start of my training to be a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, training in mindfulness and subsequently as a Health Coach. I personally discovered the transformative power of nutrition, stress management and lifestyle strategies- for the first time in my life I felt in control of my health and wellbeing! I’ve now made it my mission to share these tools with others - both individuals and organisations.
