What’s your story and why are you a Health Coach?
As a medical student over 25 years ago, I couldn't help but feel a constant frustration over seeing the same patients coming back to the hospital over and over again. I wanted to do more than just temporarily managing their symptoms. I became very inspired by the great potential of lifestyle medicine, yet I discovered that merely sharing the right information with people is neither helpful, nor an effective way to support their growth. I found the formula for success with Health Coaching - combining relevant, evidence-based recommendations with ongoing coaching, personalised support, and a tailored plan for each client to achieve optimal health.
