My approach is compassionate, personalised, sustainable, and empowering. Rather than quick fixes or rigid plans I focus on guiding individuals with autoimmune conditions to make small, practical, long-term lifestyle changes that support their health without feeling overwhelming. My goal is to make these changes feel achievable, so they become second nature over time.

What’s your story and why are you a Health Coach?

I was diagnosed with MS at the age of 24. After a couple of years of going down the 'conventional route' I still felt rubbish and sluggish and like I was struggling through each day. I researched a more holistic approach to MS and the changes that I implemented have worked wonders - I now feel like I'm thriving and I want to help others living with an autoimmune disease to do the same.
