Please share a health transformation story from one of your recent clients.
When Kathy first came to me, she felt completely stuck. MS-related fatigue and weakness had made movement feel impossible, and even the thought of exercise was overwhelming for her. She wanted to feel stronger but didn’t know where to start. Together, we focused on small, manageable steps starting with gentle movement and mindset shifts to rebuild her confidence. Rather than jumping straight into a routine that felt intimidating, we found ways to incorporate movement in a way that worked for her body and energy levels. Week by week, Kathy's strength and endurance improved. What started as a few diet change and small exercises turned into squats, building up each week. Fast forward to today, and she's doing 100 squats a day as well as other exercise classes, something she once thought was completely out of reach! Kathy's journey is proof that with the right support and a step-by-step approach, incredible progress is possible.

My approach as a health coach is personalised, sustainable, and empowering. I focus on guiding individuals with autoimmune conditions to make practical, long-term lifestyle changes that support their health without feeling overwhelming. Rather than quick fixes or rigid plans, I help clients build sustainable habits around nutrition, movement, stress management, and mindset—tailoring everything to their unique needs, energy levels, and daily life. My goal is to make these changes feel achievable, so they become second nature over time. I provide compassionate, step-by-step support, helping clients regain confidence in their bodies, improve their energy, and take control of their wellbeing in a way that truly lasts.
What’s your story and why are you a Health Coach?
I was diagnosed with MS at the age of 24. After a couple of years of going down the 'conventional route' of taking the strong drugs prescribed to me I was fed up. My MS was stable but I still felt rubbish and sluggish and like I was struggling through each day, I knew that something needed to change. I started to research a more holistic approach to my MS and the changes that I implemented have worked wonders for me. I now feel like I'm thriving and not just surviving each day and I want to extend my learnings and knowledge and help others to go from fatigued to energised whilst living with an autoimmune disease.

I initially sought coaching in order to help improve my sleeping pattern, aswell as to help with my diet and workout routine. Since starting coaching I have managed to maintain a more structured bedtime routine, which in turn has helped to improve my sleeping pattern. I have also been more prepared with meals and stuck to a workout routine. In turn, these things have helped me to feel better in my day to day.
