Working as a nurse for over 25 years I see the impact that having a cardiac event has on people's lives. I also see how by making positive changes people can regain their health, wellbeing and confidence back. I have over 25 years of experience as a cardiac nurse specialist. Now a certified Health Coach, I am passionate about empowering people to take charge of their health. Living with a heart condition or having risk factors doesn’t mean giving up on living your best life. I am here to support you every step of the way on your journey to better health and wellness. If you're living with a heart condition and want to take take control of your health and feel confident in your choices. You may have risk factors for heart disease such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes or a family history. Or you may have tried to improve your heart health before but struggled to make lasting changes and need expert guidance and support. I am committed to helping you build a healthier, happier future, with confidence and clarity. I give you the time and support to explore what truly drives you, helping you take control of your health in a way that works for you and hold you accountable to your goals, ensuring you stay on track
Please share a health transformation story from one of your recent clients.
I had a catch up with one of my clients recently and was delighted to hear how he was getting on. When we first began working together, his goals were: ~lose weight ~reverse pre-diabetes ~lower cholesterol ~return to regular gym sessions ~improve overall wellbeing and confidence This week he was happy to share that his latest blood results showed a normal HbA1c reading, no longer pre-diabetic, lower cholesterol, over 5kg weight loss and back to regular gym sessions. Best of all, feeling much more confident and improved wellbeing.

What’s your story and why are you a Health Coach?
Having worked as a cardiac nurse specialist in the NHS for over 25 years I have (and still do) supported hundreds of people with their heart health. It is a real privilege to help people to get their lives back on track after a cardiac event and set them on the path to recovery and becoming a healthier version of themselves. However, I always felt that I wanted to give a more personalised approach which is where my path to becoming a health coach began. Being a health coach I am able give people the time and support they need to empower themselves to make sustainable lifestyle changes. Unlocking their potential and equipping them with the tools needed to make lasting, meaningful change. Cardiovascular disease remains one of the most significant health challenges worldwide, yet many of it's risk factors are preventable through positive lifestyle changes and informed choices. It is my mission to support individuals to reduce their risk of future heart health problems, build confidence and live fuller, healthier lives.

Having been diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy at 53, I wanted to get some ideas on how I could change my lifestyle and diet to improve my health.
