I've spent 20+ years coaching people through life's toughest transitions, career changes, life pivots, breaking through self-doubt and imposter syndrome. If you're constantly tired, guilty when you rest, and running on autopilot you're not alone. I specialise in working with women in midlife who've lost control of their health and wellbeing, constantly feeling like they should be doing more, achieving more, being more productive. My coaching philosophy has always been to coach the person, not the problem. As a certified Health Coach, I take a holistic approach because wellness is so much more than food on your plate. Stress, career pressures, relationships, and environment impact your health just as much as what you eat. I create a safe space for you to reflect, explore, and experiment, leading to greater self-awareness and empowering you to make real changes.
