What’s your approach? Why might I like working with you?

My coaching philosophy has always been to coach the person, not the problem. As a certified Health Coach, I take a holistic approach because wellness is so much more than food on your plate. Stress, career pressures, relationships, and environment impact your health just as much as what you eat. I providing a safe space to reflect, explore, experiment, and learn leading to greater self-awareness, rethinking choices, empowering you to make changes leading to a better quality of life

What’s your story and why are you a Health Coach?

I have worked as a career coach for twenty years with a particular focus on all aspects of change in particular tough career and life choices where people experience issues such as stress, loss of confidence and limiting self-beliefs. I was drawn to health coaching as it offered a more holistic approach to health, my coaching philosophy has always been to coach the person not the problem, health and wellness is so much more that the food on your plate, other areas of your life impact on your short- and long-term health just as much as the food you eat such as stress, career, exercise and environment.
