How this coaching helps
Through personalised coaching and analysis of your current symptoms and habits, this programme will help you to understand how you can move forward, feel better & have more energy through implementing small but effective habits which are personal to you and your health goals. This programme will give you solid foundations for your health journey which you can come back to time and again.
How One to One Coaching works
This is a one-to-one 4 week coaching programme. How it works: - You will complete a food and mood diary comprising of everything you eat, how you feel, how you move, your stress levels and sleeping habits. - I will review your diary and do an in-depth analysis. I will then compile a report with recommendations personalised to you. - We will then have a 90 minute 1-1 zoom session to discuss the report and brainstorm how you can implement these changes in your life. - You then have 2 weeks of messaging support from me as you begin implementing these changes. I am there to answer ANY questions and to cheer you on as you start to imbed these new habits into your daily life.
