I am a health coach, trauma therapist, and wellbeing expert specialising in high-functioning anxiety, stress, and the complex relationship between food and emotions. With a background in high-pressure industries and a deep understanding of what it means to push through burnout, I help high-achieving women break free from the cycles of overwork, overwhelm, and emotional eating. Through a blend of science-backed nutrition, somatic therapy, and practical coaching, I guide and support my clients toward a more balanced, nourished, and thriving life, without restrictive diets or willpower battles. My mission is to help you heal from the inside out, so you can reclaim energy, confidence, and peace of mind.
