Please share a health transformation story from one of your recent clients.
Before Helen started working with me, she felt disconnected from her body - mentally and physically. Her job was full-on, working crazy hours and she struggled to find time for movement, relying on quick meals and takeaways just to get through the day. She felt tired, heavy, uninspired, and was experiencing digestive issues and a general lack of energy. Over the 12 weeks we worked together, everything shifted. Helen began moving her body daily and found a rhythm with food that supported her energy, focus and digestion. She started eating intentionally, created nourishing routines that fit around her busy life, and felt lighter, brighter, and more in control. One of the most powerful shifts? She set new boundaries with work and reclaimed time for herself - finding a much healthier work-life balance. She told me that she loved how holistic the process was - how we looked at everything from nutrition and movement to stress, sleep, space, and mindset. I blend holistic health coaching with interior design principles to help high-achieving women reclaim their energy, clarity, and confidence—from the inside out. We don’t just talk about food or fitness. We look at the full picture: your space, your habits, your environment, your mindset, your energy, your routines, your nervous system. I combine science-backed tools with soul-led practices—think functional nutrition, mindset work, embodiment techniques, biohacking basics, cycle syncing, and sensory space design. What’s your story and why are you a Health Coach?
My journey from design director to health coach wasn’t linear - it was soul-led. With 16+ years in interior design, I worked with global brands like Spotify, Ikea and boutique firms across law and finance. I saw first-hand how our spaces influence stress, energy and emotion - and I knew there was more to explore. I wasn’t just designing offices; I was shaping how people felt. But behind the scenes, I was navigating my own health struggles - hormonal issues from age 9, painful periods, cystic acne, burnout, insomnia, IBS and anxiety. After years of being dismissed by conventional medicine, I took my health into my own hands. I dove into holistic healing: from functional nutrition and herbal medicine, to plant medicine ceremonies deep in the Amazon. That journey cracked me open. It helped me remember who I really was - and gave me the tools to rebuild my health, naturally. Interior Self was born from this fusion of worlds: design, wellness and self-discovery. I now help women - especially female leaders - redesign their health and their environments from the inside out. If you're feeling burnt out, inflamed or disconnected from your body, I see you.
