Inside Out Method - 12 Sessions
The ‘inside out method’ (IOM) offers a holistic program to achieving optimal health through Interior Self’s unique six pillars approach. With me by your side, we will address your main health goals, assess your current eating habits and curate a bespoke plan with actionable steps. Our fortnightly sessions will cover a range of topics relevant to your health aspirations whilst connecting to IOM’s core pillars, such as nutrition for gut and hormonal health, natural skincare, holistic lifestyle recommendations, recipes suited to your dietary needs, ways to get better sleep, detoxification to effective stress management techniques. We will also take an audit of the spaces you spend the most time in, assessing what is needed - from environmental detox, decluttering, lighting optimization, energy clearing to house plants. In essence, this is a ‘one-stop-wellness shop’ for healing from the inside out! With a wellbeing toolkit under your belt, you will learn to honour your body, be able to integrate new behaviours towards nutrition, sleep, stress, fitness and lifestyle habits, and feel empowered to make changes to your home and workspaces, creating environments that are healthy and inviting. Package breakdown Welcome pack: will include worksheets on identifying your health concerns, any challenges or blocks you are facing and identifying wellness goals for the future In-Depth Health History: Thorough assessment of your health history to get to the root cause of your health concerns - looking at the past, present and future. It helps me to understand your unique needs, challenges, health aspirations and any pre-existing conditions Food Diary Analysis: Analysing your 7 day food diary allows me to identify your dietary habits and make informed recommendations Bespoke Coaching Plans: The coaching action plans are customised to suit your specific requirements and are revised every fortnight. This adaptability ensures that the program remains effective as you progress Dive into the Inside-out method Pillars: - Interior (how to create a healthy environment, low-tox living, decluttering & biophilic design) - Self (sense of purpose, values, self care rituals, self love & living in authenticity) - Nutrition (nourishment that is right for you, hydration, digestion and mindful eating) - Movement (move your body in ways that are joyful, strengthen your body and grounding) - Tribe (establishing a sense of community, connection and sense of belonging) - Stillness (the importance of slowing down, recovery, mindfulness and sleep)
