You’ll leave with actionable takeaways and a sense of clarity about your health goals. 2. Initial Assessment Together, we explore your current lifestyle, habits, mindset, and wellbeing challenges. This helps shape a personalised plan tailored to your needs, rather than a generic framework. 3. Ongoing Coaching & Support Over a set number of weeks, we meet regularly (online), review your progress, celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges, and refine your strategy.
