I've spent 20+ years coaching people through life's toughest transitions, career changes, life pivots, breaking through self-doubt and imposter syndrome. But here's what I've learned: you can't think your way out of exhaustion. My coaching philosophy has always been to coach the person, not the problem. As a certified Health Coach, I take a holistic approach because wellness is so much more than food on your plate. Stress, career pressures, relationships, and environment impact your health just as much as what you eat. I create a safe space for you to reflect, explore, and experiment, leading to greater self-awareness and empowering you to make real changes.
